The most stressful part of the semester has arrived…finals! The last few weeks of classes usually have students on their highest level of stress. Unhealthy habits tend to occur among students who feel the press of finals, such as, pulling “all-nighters”, consuming too many energy drinks, and unhealthy snacking.
It’s important to make sure that even after the countless hours of studying, your mind can still function enough to take the exam with confidence.
