Healthy Finals Snacks

Final exams are right around the corner, so close it’s scary. It’s easy to start stressing over the test you HAVE to get a 150 on to make that A, but while you’re studying, avoid junk and try eating these great brain foods!

Remember: while caffeine is known to increase mental acuity, too much can cause you to crash. Be sure you’re balancing your caffeine intake with water. If you need a different spike in energy, because caffeine’s not your thing, try mints or gum. But the most important thing to remember is to treat your body right if you want to do well!
