Staying Healthy in College

Eating on a Budget: Ramen

Ever eaten Ramen Noodles? If you answered no,  you haven’t attended college yet. Every college student has experienced those cheap noodles, with their slippery texture, salty taste, and sodium content to rival soy sauce.

There are interesting ways to cook the noodles not stated on the package: sandwich, stir-fry, salad, pizza, pie, tacos.

Those are just a few, of the many ways you can spice the college dorm staple.

Ramen like you have never seen it.
