Easter is tomorrow! Along with celebrating this religious holiday, many people celebrate at home with their families and rich meals. But while you’re busy stuffing your face, don’t forget to remember Jesus…and your health!
While you’re home, you should focus on balancing your food intake, your family time, and your fun. Make sure your eyes aren’t bigger than your stomach by not skipping meals, exercising and trying to maintain your current weight rather than lose weight. You should also focus on your company rather than your meal, but don’t make snacking or social drinking your other “activities.”
