Staying Healthy in College

Making Time to Exercise

Finding time to exercise in between all the studying, classes, and social activities can be difficult. By the time you get around to it, sometimes you don’t have the energy to get up and go to the gym. I regularly workout and I know even for me and it can be difficult to make yourself just get up and go.

In this article I found several tips I use myself to get my workouts in such as: keeping my gym clothes in my backpack, working out in between classes, and even doing my homework at the gym.
