Finding time to exercise in between all the studying, classes, and social activities can be difficult. By the time you get around to it, sometimes you don’t have the energy to get up and go to the gym. I regularly workout and I know even for me and it can be difficult to make yourself just get up and go.
But exercising regularly as a college student is an important part of staying healthy. According to the article, staying active you can improve your mood, boost energy, sleep better, and it can even help prevent you from getting sick.
In this article I found several tips I use myself to get my workouts in such as: keeping my gym clothes in my backpack, working out in between classes, and even doing my homework at the gym. All you in is 30 to 45 minutes a day, a few of these tips that work best for you, and you are more likely to get a good workout in.
