As college students, we’re lucky to have access to the opportunities we do here on campus at Texas Tech. We have a Student Wellness Center, a REC center with full gym accessibility, dietitians and mental health authorities, and even the opportunity to continue playing sports long past our high school glory days.
This is really as easy as it will ever be to stay healthy, with a little self control. Diet, exercise and sleep are the three vital components to managing stress, illness and mental health. With the help of this list of tips, implementing healthy habits, a little at a time, should be easy and manageable.
